Let’s have a conversation

Which tools can I use today?

Existing resources are available at HowToLogistics. This page introduces the new digital LogisticsToolkit platform. Its first Product, Slotting, is in development; the interactive example above is a concept preview.

Who is LogisticsToolkit for?

Warehouse and supply chain teams, 3PLs and Consultants who want a practical starting point for improving an operation. The emphasis is on understandable methods and changes people can put into practice.

Will Slotting replace my stock system?

No. Slotting is being developed to work with files from your Source System. It helps you assess Placement and choose Moves; your Source System remains the record of where stock is.

Can I work with my existing data?

The Slotting Product is being designed around file Imports, including delimited text and spreadsheets. Order Lines, SKUs, Locations and Stock Positions provide the starting point. We can discuss your current files and working practices.
